Last year I had to seal the grooves in the screed after demolishing the interior partitions; the only sane tool suitable for the role of a mixer was the Bosch GBH 2-26 DFR punch. It is not suitable for mixing thick cement-sand mixtures - there is not enough power, and it does not have normal speed control.
