Having eliminated these shortcomings, both machines started working properly and the same error no longer appears!

They offered to order a new hatch handle for 700 rubles, which would need to wait 2-3 months. In our city there are no spare parts for this washing machine, only through pre-order (there is no exact or approximate delivery time, everyone we contacted said up to 3 months).

PS The service center manager asked whether the washing machine hatch was open. To which I received an answer - the hatch was opened with the help of a thin rope (a method of opening from the Internet), since it was necessary to get things out. He further replied that, according to the terms of the warranty, it was impossible to open the hatch on your own; you had to call a technician (who would arrive 2 days later, after the weekend). Now, if it turns out that the hatch handle lock has failed, there will be no repairs under warranty either.
