I AM TERRIFIED!!!!!!! What kind of company is this that sends such stupid “specialists” who don’t want to work? When buying this NOT CHEAP machine, I expected quality and a long period of trouble-free service for the washing machine from BOSH, but what did I get??? Our old 30-year-old LG machine couldn't do anything even close to this without needing repairs. And here, three months???? Are you seriously???? Don’t buy this for nothing, run away from BOSH, choose anything but this company. How many things are damaged, thrown in the trash, who will pay me for them??? Very sad! I bought a Bosch washing machine in December 2021. It is now May 2021. And my machine broke down. The electronics flew, as the master said. I couldn’t open the door myself, but a mechanic did it by dismantling the floor of the car! So I’m sitting and waiting to see if it can be repaired or not. Sadly! When we bought HOUMPROFESSIONAL for 117 thousand rubles, we thought that we could wash any clothes with high quality without any problems, but in reality this super machine showed that it works at least somehow in two modes, and after its efforts we end up with unrinsed items with stains from powder, things broken after spinning, even at low speeds. We wash items made of wool and silk by hand, to be safe. This is the BOCH we got! Maybe someone can tell me how to do it so that I can get at least more water for rinsing.

Let's start with the fact that I am a fan of Bosch equipment and, in principle, did not consider other brands of washing machines; for me there was only Bosch and the only choice was which model to buy.

Before this, I used a Bosch washing machine for many years and was very pleased.

The reasons for the change were renovations in the bathroom and a top-loading machine no longer fit into the new renovation, it was needed from the side, and also in an old machine, when you wash a lot - and we wash 2-3 loads every day, sometimes water began to leak. In general, we decided to replace the old machine with a new, perfect Bosch model.

And what do you think, are we seriously thinking about changing it back, we don’t like the WLK24247OE model so much, fortunately they didn’t throw out the old one, I’m not joking.

There’s not even much to say about it: 5 kg load, 1000 rpm spin, standard set of programs: washing delicate fabrics, washing children’s clothes, washing jeans, quick wash, washing children’s clothes, washing program for mixed fabrics, washing in a lot of water, soak, pre-wash, stain removal program. Nothing special. But there are downsides. There are not many of them, but I think they are serious:

There is no display that would show the time remaining until the end of the wash.

The spin speed cannot be adjusted. This is a really serious flaw. Well, I don’t want to wring out my favorite socks at 1000 rpm. But you will have to, because there is no way to adjust the speed. So spin as you want.

But the new one has a button to reduce the washing time, which is convenient. With a stated load of 7 kg, you can only load 5, which is a shame. She no longer washes or rinses. If it weren’t for the 10,000 share, I wouldn’t have taken it. There are other models of machines with these functions that are cheaper. During the spin cycle it stands still, but shakes like naked in the cold! It is level, the transport bolts are unscrewed. Let's really hope that it will work for at least 7 years and will not break immediately after warranty. If I could, I would take a vertical one! They work much quieter and fit a lot of laundry, but they have the same functions. But the prices are outrageous!

After another couple of months, the machine began to display error A02 and block the door at the end of the wash. It was possible to open it only by unlocking the door manually, for which it was necessary to pull back the plastic lever located at the bottom next to the drain each time. Another month later, the door handle broke off completely... We are waiting for the technician... Door repair is about 8-9000 rubles. Replacement is apparently even more expensive.
