A microwave grill that everyone can use is suitable for cooking potatoes and chicken. The ingredients are enough for 4 – 5 servings of the dish.

You need to take the following set of components:

  • 5 potato tubers;
  • 400 g chicken fillet;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil;
  • 1/4 tsp. dry adjika;
  • 1/2 tsp. table salt;
  • 1/2 tsp. ground pepper.

Cooking potatoes with poultry in a microwave oven with grill consists of the following steps:

  1. Rinse the poultry meat in cool water, dry it using a napkin and cut into slices of medium thickness. Wash the potatoes, remove the skins with a vegetable peeler and chop into slices.
  2. Peel the garlic, removing the skins from it, and press through a press.

Cook chicken and potatoes for 25 minutes. After the beep, leave the dish in the microwave for another 5 minutes. Carefully remove the sleeve and arrange the potatoes and chicken into portions. If desired, decorate the dish by sprinkling it with chopped dill or parsley.

How to make grilled chicken with garlic in the microwave

  • broiler chicken - 1.2 kg;
  • garlic - 2 heads;
  • spice mixture “For chicken” - 20 g;
  • table vinegar - 25 ml;
  • olive oil - 75 ml.

  1. Broiler chicken must be chilled. If you have it frozen, you must first defrost it on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. Rinse the chicken under running water and immediately wipe dry with napkins;
  2. Prepare garlic marinade. In a small bowl, combine a mixture of spices, finely grated garlic, table vinegar and olive oil;
  3. Rub the drained chicken with the prepared garlic marinade, not forgetting the inside. If possible, you can lubricate it under the skin;
  4. Place the greased carcass on the grill grate and place in the microwave (place a plate under the grate to collect the juices that are released);
  5. Bake the chicken on the grill for 20 minutes, then turn it onto its back and continue cooking for another 20 minutes;
  6. Grilled chicken baked in garlic marinade exudes an incredible aroma and has an attractive golden brown crust. Serve, garnished with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetable salad.

Pizza with mushrooms

To prepare pizza in a microwave oven with grill function, you will need to allocate approximately 35 minutes. The ingredients are enough for 3 servings.

You need to take the following grocery set:

  • 1 ready-made pizza base;
  • 130 g cheese;
  • 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste;
  • 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  • 1 tsp. mixtures of Italian herbs;
  • 50 g champignons;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 1/2 bell pepper;
  • 1 onion.

Cooking grilled pizza in the microwave consists of the following steps:

  1. Cover a wide microwave-safe dish with baking paper, lay out the pizza base and place it in the microwave for 4 minutes, setting the power to 800 W.
  2. After baking, put tomato paste and mayonnaise on the base and distribute the mixture evenly over the entire surface of the dough. Sprinkle Italian herbs on top.
  3. Cut the champignons into thin slices, the tomato into thin slices, remove the peel from the onion and cut into feathers or rings.

  4. Wash the sweet pepper, divide it into 2 parts and scrape out the seeds. Cut the pepper into medium cubes.
  5. Spread the filling evenly on the base and place the mushrooms in the last layer. If using unsalted cheese, sprinkle the vegetables with salt. Grind the cheese using a coarse grater and sprinkle on top of the pizza.
  6. Send the workpiece back to the oven, turn on the grill mode and bake at maximum power for 3 - 5 minutes. When the cheese is melted, the pizza is ready. If desired, you can add olives, cut into rings, into the filling. Use basil leaves for decoration.
