Making cappuccino. There are many recipes. I keep it simple. We brew espresso and add foam to the espresso using the automatic cappuccino machine. Mmm. Tasty.

Making a latte. In concept, latte is very similar in preparation to cappuccino, but latte is already a coffee drink. Because the amount of milk is much greater than the amount of coffee. Another difference is in the milk foam. For a latte it should be lighter and more uniform. There are some other differences, but the main thing is that cappuccino is coffee, and latte is, roughly speaking, a milkshake. There is also a latte macchiato. Add espresso to frothed milk.
