The built-in program decided that a little more than 12 minutes would be enough for our piece of minced meat. At this point, visually the minced meat almost did not begin to defrost. After 12 minutes, we took out our test minced meat and checked how much it had defrosted.

The result did not please us: only the upper part (1.5-2 centimeters deep) was defrosted, while the central part remained frozen.
