Review of the Redmond RMC-CBD100s multicooker with two bowls and FM radio

Multicookers have long gone from being considered a luxury item to becoming a necessary item in every kitchen. After all, this device allows you to prepare many dishes. In terms of functionality, this device easily replaces a bread machine, a steamer and many other units that are so necessary for any housewife.

But technology does not stand still, and just recently conventional multicookers have faded into the background, because a new device has been patented. Unlike a conventional unit, the new multicooker has not one, but two cooking bowls. This technology was called DoubleChef, and the first models have already begun to appear on the shelves. The flagship of this technology can rightfully be called the REDMOND SkyCooker CBD100S multicooker.

Among the various configuration options for multicookers, models with two bowls attract special attention. These are, as a rule, multifunctional devices equipped with many automatic programs and intended for daily active use. Multicookers with two bowls are attractive due to their convenient and high-quality cooking in a short time.

Moreover, there can be either identical pans for preparing main dishes, or separate containers for bread, yogurt or smoking. They may differ in volume, non-stick coating, thickness or the presence of additional functions (for example, a device for kneading dough). What they have in common, however, is their ability to enhance your culinary capabilities within the home kitchen.

Advantages of multicookers with two bowls

Mostly those who are used to pampering themselves and their family for breakfast, lunch or dinner with several different dishes are interested in the product described. Cooking them one by one in one device, despite the ease and speed, is not very convenient, because you have to wait for the first program to complete, remove, empty and wash the pan, and only then load the ingredients for a new dish.

Multicookers with two bowls allow you to greatly reduce this list of steps. While preparing the first dish, you already put food in the second container and at the end of the program, all that remains is to change the bowls, leaving the first one to cool quietly. Another equally important advantage is the ability to store food directly in the bowl, knowing that if necessary, you can always use a spare one.

Separately, it is worth noting multicookers with two bowls for specific types of recipes. As a rule, one bowl is standardly suitable for preparing first and second courses, but in the second you can cook either yogurt, bread or desserts (casseroles and pies), and in some cases even smoke meat. Using a special container, you can achieve the best taste, quality and appearance of a particular dish.

How to properly cook food in two bowls in a slow cooker

a recipe book is included with the device . All recipes are simple and easy to learn, so cooking with a multicooker does not require the experience or skills of a professional chef. Below we will describe ways to prepare dishes in two bowls at once.

You should start with an extraordinary dish for home - French fries with sauce . A multicooker allows you to cook this dish without a separate deep fryer. Place the butter in one bowl and the cheese sauce in the second (see the recipe book for a detailed recipe). Two components of one dish are prepared at the same time, which saves a lot of time. The device will notify you when the oil is ready, which will allow you to avoid unnecessary risks when working with oil.

Next comes navy pasta . Approximate cooking time is 30 minutes. We can cook both meat and side dishes at the same time, thanks to two bowls. Fry the meat in one bowl while the pasta cooks in the other. During cooking, the device itself prompts you when to put the product into the bowl. This eliminates the need to regularly check the water temperature. Once the pasta is ready, simply drain the water and mix the side dish with the minced meat. The dish is ready.

For dessert , you should consider a sweet culinary creation, namely a chocolate cupcake. Here the unit is capable of cooking without any human intervention at all. Simply prepare the dough according to the recipe and load it into one of the bowls. After that, select a mode and start cooking. The multicooker will notify you when the dish is ready.

Review of models of multicookers with two bowls

Many companies are involved in the production of the described product: Redmond, Binatone, VITEK and others. It is also worth mentioning that for some brands, spare bowls are available for purchase separately. However, in this case, you should carefully check their compatibility with your device model.

Multicooker with two bowls of different sizes Multihotter is positioned as a device with unlimited culinary possibilities thanks to 6 different preset programs. The device is equipped with a transparent lid that allows you to visually monitor the cooking process. The set also includes a frying grid and a grate for grilling and steaming.

BINATONE BM-2170 is one of many multi-cookers-bread makers with two bowls. This model has 16 programs for preparing various types of bread and 6 separate modes for first and second courses. The attractive design and convenient controls combined with impeccable settings have been appreciated by hundreds of customers. This device is suitable for large families who love fresh homemade baked goods.

TOP 4 multicookers Redmond premium segment

REDMOND RMC-IHM302

Price – 10900 rub. Induction heating, power - 1250 W, which confidently makes the model indicative in the premium segment. The 4-liter bowl with non-stick Teflon coating makes cooking and caring for the appliance easy. The touch control makes it easy to launch and adjust programs. In terms of the number of automatic programs, of which there are 11, the model is inferior to the Redmond RMC-M140. In the latest version there are 33 of them.

Advantages:

  • induction heating. The multicooker starts cooking immediately from the moment it is turned on;
  • convenient control.

Flaws:

  • some users have difficulty understanding the instructions;
  • inconvenience when washing. According to subjective assessments, washing the lid at first is inconvenient.

Considering induction heating, this multicooker cooks faster. There are 11 auto programs here, but compared to SkyCooker CBD100S, the price remains at an affordable level.

REDMOND SkyKitchen CB391S

Price – 11,500 rub. This is not just a multi-cooker, but a real multi-kitchen. You can place any heat-resistant cookware on the raised heating element or choose the appropriate one from the 50 multicooker programs. A power of 1000 W and a 5-liter bowl will help diversify any menu.

Advantages:

  • remote control. By installing the application on your smartphone, you can enable the multi-kitchen to work remotely;
  • advanced functionality. The model acts as an alternative to a stove with oven;
  • removable inner cover. Makes cleaning easier;
  • additional accessories. Baskets for deep-frying and steaming, frying pan, tongs.

Flaws:

  • no lid for the frying pan;
  • poor quality of bowl coating. Users complain that the coating deteriorates very quickly.

The SkyKitchen CB391S multi-kitchen, given its functionality and price, remains one of the manufacturer’s popular household appliances. Compared to the SkyCooker CBD100S, this purchase is very practical.

Reviews on Yandex.Market

REDMOND RMC-M140

Price – 13800 rub. The power of 1300 W helps to use the model even as a pressure cooker. Compared to the REDMOND SkyCooker CBD100S, there are significantly more automatic programs - 33 compared to 21. A 5-liter Teflon-coated bowl will help you prepare enough for a large family.

Advantages:

  • high quality of material and workmanship;
  • bowl with handles;
  • simple controls. Even an inexperienced user can handle setting up and adjusting programs.

Flaws:

  • if you do not carry out the preliminary preparation described in the instructions, you will notice an unpleasant odor;
  • cord length (too short).

Given the good power and variety of automatic programs, this multicooker can confidently be considered a practical purchase. Its price compared to SkyCooker CBD100S is significantly lower.

Reviews on Yandex.Market

REDMOND SkyCooker CBD100S

Price – 16800 rub. Large bowl volume (9.5 l) compared to the 5 l REDMOND RMC-P350. The power is also high - 1600 W. 21 built-in automatic programs: you can prepare first courses, solve the problem of baking, making yogurt, jam and jellied meat.

Advantages:

  • built-in radio. A nice bonus, but this addition does not affect the operation of the device in any way;
  • remote control. Application installation required.

Flaws:

  • high price. It is overpriced for everyday use;
  • Difficult to understand the instructions. It will be difficult for an inexperienced buyer to understand the operation of a multicooker without outside help.

The multicooker is suitable for domestic or professional use. Its price is quite high, so the REDMOND SkyKitchen CB391S multi-kitchen model is a better purchase.

REDMOND multicookers, given their range and constant modernization of equipment, deservedly enjoy their popularity. We hope that the proposed review will help you choose the right model.

Price of multicookers with two bowls

The price of the described kitchen appliances ranges around 100-150 US dollars. At the same time, the cost of spare bowls separately usually does not exceed $30-40. Therefore, as a rule, it makes sense to buy multicookers with two bowls for specialized purposes (for yogurt, bread, etc.); in other cases, it is more profitable to purchase an additional capacity separately, since then you get a significantly larger choice among models.

The result of our review is the following conclusion: multicookers with two bowls are definitely a convenient and practical choice for a large family. Special containers will give your dishes a unique taste and aroma, and spare bowls will be useful for those who like to dine on several completely different dishes. The choice is yours.

Multicooker REDMOND SkyCooker M800S - reviews

Therneth
https://otzyv.expert/glavnaya-pomoshnica-na-kuhne-2080618

Advantages:

Remote control, multicook, masterchef, quality.

Flaws:

No handles on the bowl

Details:

I decided to write a review about my main assistant in the kitchen, the Redmond 800s multicooker with remote control. I think many people will be interested in it. This is not my first multicooker, the first one was simpler, from the same company, model m20, I’ve had it for about a year and a half now, if not more, maybe I’ll write a review about it a little later, that’s why I decided to get myself another one, but already more functional and more modern, of this particular brand that I have tested.

What I want to say is that the quality of the multicooker did not disappoint me, I would even say it pleased me: strong shiny plastic, thick bowl, nothing loose, no problems with foreign odors. The multicooker has 48 programs, there are Masterchef and Multicook functions that allow you to change time and temperature without interrupting cooking (a very necessary thing for me, because I discovered cooking according to old, proven recipes that were not written for a multicooker).

Well, its most important advantage is remote control, for me this turned out to be just a godsend, because now I can always control the state of the multicooker and the cooking stage without running to the kitchen. We have a private house with a vegetable garden, so I can safely load the food, turn it on and go about my business, and if the multicooker has finished cooking, it will call me with a notification on my smartphone. In Pasta mode, it will inform you that the water has boiled and it’s time to add pasta. In addition, this multicooker is “adapted” for small children who, like me, like to press all the buttons while their mother is not looking. One day, my daughter decided to turn on the multicooker herself (even when it was empty), thank God, I didn’t find out about this from the smell of burning, but I just received a notification on my smartphone and I quickly blocked it, and my daughter received a reprimand. These are my two assistants 

I am happy with the multicooker, it met all my expectations, the only thing I would still like is a bowl with handles, this is a small minus, although I have already adapted to getting the bowl out with tongs (my first multicooker also had a bowl without handles), and the handle is universal I am there, so you can survive this lack.

Review:

I was looking for a gift for my sister’s anniversary, which falls on Epiphany holidays - January 19th. Still, it’s not a simple name day, so much so that I wouldn’t like it - it needed more weight. I know that I’ve been eyeing a multicooker for a long time, but I still haven’t decided to buy it with my pension. I decided to choose the device from the well-known company Redmond.

I have a long-standing friendship with this company; several kitchen appliances are from this manufacturer. And everything works great. I settled on the latest model SkyCooker M800S - control from a mobile phone. Those who have already purchased have left mostly favorable reviews. Moreover, the device is equipped with good power - 900 watts. And the large bowl has a ceramic coating.

And this is a truly multifunctional kitchen machine that can not only boil or fry, but also make yogurt or steam cutlets. There is also a deep fryer function. This machine can also be used to pasteurize jars for winter preparations. As the manager at M-Video said, it is possible to control program modes via a smartphone, you just need to make the necessary settings.

In addition, the seller said that there are also functions such as delayed start, as well as 3D heating. The new product certainly cannot be called cheap, but then again, the one we bought for home now costs about 7 thousand, and we bought it two years ago for four and a half.

Review:

Previously, preparing your favorite dishes took a lot of time and caused a lot of inconvenience. I had to stand on my feet for a long time and control the entire process at the stove. At the moment, multicookers that have entered our lives have made the life of every housewife much easier and freed up a huge number of free hours for her. But nevertheless, such household appliances also require quite a lot of attention and strict adherence to the rules. This is all fortunately in the past, because the completely new and innovative multi-cooker Redmond SkyCooker M800C has come to the rescue, which can be controlled from a distance and even outside your own apartment, just by downloading a simple and intuitive application to your cell phone. With such a find, dishes are prepared much faster, and the cooking process itself simplifies life even more. The thicket is quite spacious (5 liters), and its coating does not leave any burns or other deposits.

I recommend!

Review:

A completely new model, which every self-respecting housewife already uses. Among all the multicookers, this is the only one I prefer. I have been using this company for several years now and in all this time it has never let me down.

As for this product, I bought it with my husband not so long ago in one of the supermarkets in our city. I can say one thing, their product is of quite high quality and has long earned our trust. I bought three of these multicookers at once, one for myself, and the other two as gifts for loved ones. After all, every housewife should have such a kitchen appliance. I have not yet found any disadvantages with this product, but there are many advantages, for example: no noise and long operation, easy to clean, and does not get dirty.

I recommend!

https://market.yandex.ua/product—multivarka-redmond-skycooker-m800s/11757403?hid=4954975&nid=54951&clid=502

Advantages: Price (no overpayment for remote control), excellent set of functions, convenient menu, excellent appearance, high-quality performance.

Disadvantages: Before using, you need to read the instructions and think with your head (pressing buttons right away is not an option).

Comment: I believe that this model is very cheap for its functionality. Now you can’t always buy a good multicooker for that kind of money, but here you have a Multicooker, control via an app in your communicator, an eco-cream coating on the bowl, and a very convenient design (the location of the control panel is well thought out). One caveat: read the instructions (especially if this is your first multicooker) before use. It’s difficult to figure it out without it (with it everything is elementary). I climbed out of habit and only got confused.

Pros: ultra-modern, stylish, many new and useful functions for me

Disadvantages: there is no set-top box for remote control on sale yet

Comment: I begged it from my husband as a gift and I don’t regret it. An intelligent recipe book, a spacious bowl, and operation is not as difficult as it seems. By the way, don’t even think about pouring more than 4 liters into the bowl, otherwise there will be a flood! It’s good that the legs don’t slide on the surface, like in older models, and there is a handle for carrying the bowl. The baked goods are special due to the 3D heating function. I have small children, so I sterilized dishes and prepared yogurt and other baby food (fruit and vegetable purees). It’s convenient and guaranteed that everything works out – that’s the main thing. Everyone even liked the regular buckwheat soup - rich, tasty and quick.

Advantages:

Remote control via mobile phone app.

Flaws:

Short cord, requires carrying.

A comment:

A smart multicooker, you can really customize almost all the functions. What I especially like is the remote start feature. Half an hour before you get home, you turn it on through the application on your mobile phone and upon arrival, dinner is already ready, straight up the technology of the future. It’s also quite convenient that it has an additional function for making cottage cheese; now I don’t buy it, but make it at home.

Advantages:

Multifunctionality, remote control

Flaws:

Quite bulky

A comment:

We bought a multicooker of this model and were satisfied! We chose it online based on pictures, but in reality it turned out to be quite large. This is perhaps its only drawback. I would like to immediately note its enormous functionality - you can cook almost anything and however you like. I was very pleased with the control function via a mobile application, which literally ensures cooking “without leaving the couch.” Large bowl and clearly visible display, the design is pleasing to the eye.

Advantages:

Management, good quality of prepared food.

Flaws:

Power cable location.

I bought this multicooker because REDMOND is a leader in their production and if I need to buy a second bowl, for example, this will not be difficult. The equipment is quite rich: a 5-liter bowl, a deep-frying dish, a spoon, a ladle, a container for steaming, a book with recipes and instructions.

The device has many functions: 3D heating, multi-cook, frying and others. Moreover, the kit includes a book with 120 different recipes that are suitable for all occasions. If necessary, you can edit them and, of course, apply your own. The ability to control from a smartphone is a convenient thing, but, of course, not necessary. The Bluetooth connection is established quickly and you can always, without entering the kitchen, check how much time is left before cooking or change the program, delay the start up to 24 hours. It's easy to clean, but it's a pity that the lid is not removable.

Food in a multicooker does not burn, is fried throughout and turns out delicious. The only drawback for me is that the power cord is located on the side; it would be better if it was at the back. It's worth the money and copes with the basic functions.

Hi all! My husband recently gave me a slow cooker for my birthday! God, how I used to live without her! A very convenient thing! Everything turns out tasty and aromatic. I just can’t tell my daughter how convenient it is to cook porridge in the morning! Lots of cooking programs! The recipe book is easy to use, for beginners, everything is written in detail in the instructions! I am very pleased!

Advantages:

Multifunctionality, mobility. The prepared dishes are just as tasty as using conventional appliances.

Flaws:

Who doesn't love to eat delicious food? There is probably no such person. True, everyone in a family can have their own preferences. So, for example, a man will not refuse a good piece of fried or stewed meat, women who always watch their figure prefer steamed dishes, and serve French fries to children. And everything would be fine, but over time the kitchen becomes overgrown with so many units necessary for cooking that it seems to crack, like the notorious closet with women's clothes.

So at one time I realized that I needed to look for a way out of this situation. This is where the Redmond RMC-M 800 S Multicooker came to the rescue. This device allows you to fry, stew, cook porridge, bake pies, cook pilaf and much more. Of course, you can’t cook all these dishes at the same time, but you don’t need to monitor them during the cooking process, and you can do other things. Or load groceries in the evening, put them on delayed start and sleep longer in the morning. I am very pleased with my purchase, which helps me out in various situations.

Advantages:

possibility of remote control, build quality, recipe book.

Flaws:

bowl without handles.

I recently purchased this multicooker. Happy as an elephant. I bought this device on sale in a company store for only half the price. I thought, as always, there would be a scam, and the price of the device would fall, but no. So considering the price I'm just happy.

I’ll say right away that I almost never use the ability to control from my phone. Although there were a couple of times when this option came in handy. For example, sitting in the next room, you can see how much time is left until the end of cooking. The downside of this feature is remote control via bluetooth. I would like to control the device via wi-fi, then the use of this option would sparkle with new colors. The store told me that soon it will be possible, but for now... for now we’re just dreaming.

In terms of preparation, there are zero complaints. Fries, steams and cooks perfectly. So far I’ve only cooked according to the recipe book that came with it. In some places I had to edit the recipes to suit myself, but overall I’m happy. Compared to my old multicooker with five automatic programs... in general, a wild delight. Even the baked goods turned out great. A small minus is the bowl without handles, but I immediately bought myself removable handles. Now you don't need any tacks. As a summary, I can only say one thing. I recommend to buy.

We finally bought the long-awaited multicooker, Redmond 800, with remote control! I’ve been dreaming about it for several months, right after our baby was born, I didn’t have enough time to cook, the baby was restless, he was always in my arms, and the decision was made to take a multicooker, now I have this helper too. I’ll say right away that in real life it looks much cooler than in the photo, it fits perfectly in my kitchen, it has a strict and restrained style, but this, of course, is not the main thing.

The main thing is that it has become much easier for me to cook, putting the baby to sleep, or feeding, I can watch the cooking process online, without running to the kitchen several times, waiting for the multicooker to finish working. The multicooker is controlled from a smartphone through a special Ready for Sky application; it has many good recipes, with photos. It’s easy to cook using them, I select a recipe, press the Start button on it, and the multicooker itself sets all the necessary settings. It's easy to operate, although I'm usually not very good with technology. Even a child can figure it out, everything is easy and understandable, there is a detailed user manual (I only looked at it the first time I used it to find out how to add time, there is a beautiful book with recipes (there is even a separate section for baby food), in general there are no difficulties at all arose for me.

The package includes: a bowl with a non-stick ceramic coating (I liked the coating - nothing sticks to it, does not run away, tested many times), a container for steaming, a basket for deep frying, a measuring cup, a ladle, a spoon, a power cord ( with a switch, very convenient!), user manual, book of 120 recipes. Among the shortcomings - there is no lid for the bowl, I looked at the sale of a lid + mat set, but I didn’t really like the price, in the end I just bought a lid from the same manufacturer for 180 rubles.

I’ve already cooked a lot of things in it, I liked everything, I want to spot the perfect baked goods and milk porridges, everything is more than good with this. And of course, pilaf - I used to cook it in a cauldron, then it took me even longer to clean it (in a slow cooker it turns out just as tasty, not soggy, and doesn’t burn at all.

If you like to cook with convenience, I highly recommend this model. By the way, sometimes I see promotions for it, so don’t rush to buy it at the first place you come across, first analyze the prices.

This is my second multicooker, the first one was given to me as a gift. Not a bad one, which served me faithfully for three years. But now I bought a more modern one.

Six months ago, I accidentally saw a new product on the Internet: the REDMOND SkyCooker M800S multicooker, which is controlled remotely - from your phone!

Since I save every minute of my life, a multicooker is especially needed in my kitchen. And when business trips at work became more frequent, and the work schedule became even busier, REDMOND, which allows me to control it from tens and hundreds of kilometers away, became my right hand in the kitchen.

I didn’t betray my old assistant - I gave it to my mother. So there were more than enough reasons for such an expensive purchase.

I won’t list what I cook in my new multicooker; its capabilities and list of functions are in the product description on any website. The features that are especially valuable to me in REDMOND SkyCooker are:

  • unique control technology Ready for Sky - from a smartphone on Android and iOS,
  • multi-cook, since I rarely use the proposed recipes 100% and am constantly adjusting something.
  • An extremely convenient menu - everything is clear.
  • the ability to turn off automatic heating, which often dries the dish if it turns on itself and you are not at home.
  • The manufacturer sells bowls for its models and you don’t have to run around looking for them – go to the official office. The website says which one is suitable and there you can buy or find out the store address - they have stores in every major city.

True, there is also a minus - unlike the first multicooker, the new model is quite huge and takes up a decent amount of space on the kitchen work surface... By the way, I don’t really like the principle of opening the lid; it’s inconvenient to clean. On other models, the lid can be removed completely - put it in the dishwasher and that’s it! This one has to be washed only by hand, although I wouldn’t say that its non-removable parts get particularly dirty. It's more a matter of habit

For those who do not have a multicooker at all, I would like to point out the special properties of my assistant: the porridge and legumes turn out just superb. I could never keep track of these dishes on the stove, but now buckwheat, rice, oatmeal, lentils and pea puree, as well as cheese soup and fish soup, have begun to appear more often on our family’s daily menu. The baked goods are also perfectly baked - although it is advisable to turn them over 15 minutes before they are ready, so that the top also browns. This is in all multicookers.

For breakfast I always have porridge or casserole programmed in, and if I’m on a business trip, my family members don’t go hungry. Thanks to the new ability to cook from a distance, I can choose a dish, prepare the ingredients in advance, and turn on the desired program on my phone so that everything is ready on time. I also sometimes combine two programs into one, simultaneously preparing a side dish and meat, for example, beans and steamed cutlets.

I hope that my assistant will withstand all the tests and will work beyond the warranty period - which, by the way, is for 2 years, but for now I will need it. Moreover, its cost is slightly higher than its “colleagues”.

Overall, I'm happy with the purchase!

Circumstances so happened that I lived with my parents for a month. At this time, I became acquainted with new equipment, which we bought for them as a gift. This is a Redmond m800s Skycooker multicooker. I already wrote about mine

kitchen assistant. Frankly speaking, I wanted to buy this as a present. But the store consultant praised the new model so much that I gave in and bought it.

So what attracted me to this particular multicooker in the store? This is modern technology. Now you don’t even have to go to the kitchen when cooking. You can do everything while lying on the sofa or in bed. Well, of course, no one canceled the food storage. Everything is controlled on a smartphone. When purchasing, my husband and I decided that our parents would become familiar with the new products.

I would like to tell you about this multicooker in order:

  1. Intuitive menu, but with one BUT. You can figure it out easily and without instructions. I cooked in the slow cooker for about a week without any problems or instructions. Then, out of curiosity, I opened the user manual. And even greater possibilities of this technique opened up for me. You can really do ANYTHING in it! I didn’t really use the tiles after that.
  2. Control via an application on your phone. The consultant at the store said that you can buy an additional console, with which you can control it from almost anywhere in the world. I asked about the cost and he said that they were not on sale yet. Let's see how much it will cost - it would be convenient to run it while I'm walking with the child. A delayed start is still not the same, here you have to return to the appointed time, but here we’re walking in the park, after we’ve had enough fun, we can start it and by the time we’re driving home, everything will be ready. I installed the application on my phone, now I control the entire cooking process, you can easily calculate the calories in 100 grams of the finished dish, change the cooking parameters while the multi is running, start by clicking on the recipe without setting the program and time, etc.. It’s really convenient.
  3. Multicook. Here you can set the cooking time and temperature yourself, i.e. You can cook any dish, even according to your grandmother’s recipes (I used it to make casseroles, I love them very much). There are great tips in the instructions.
  4. Mesmerizing photos of dishes in the cookbook that comes with the kit (it costs 500 rubles separately on the website) - you just want to cook everything! and the book itself is glossy, colorful, understandable - when and what to click, everything is written down to the smallest detail.
  5. Can be used as a deep fryer. I’ve already made French fries and nuggets in it. Everything turned out great.
  6. 5 liters is enough even for a large family.
  7. 3D heating I thought that this function was written to attract customers, but it doesn’t really work. It turns out that this is a very effective option. The dishes turn out just like when you were a child with your grandmother in the village in a Russian oven.
  8. Dishes that impressed me with this multicooker:
  • yeast dough, which I have never done well. Of course, we had to knead it by hand, but it rose in the multi. Apparently, the manufacturers have chosen the ideal temperature for this. The dough turned out light and airy.
  • I didn’t buy yoghurts, I made them myself.
  • stewed fish. Mmmm, finger lickin' good. Fish, onions and a little water.
  • stew. I made it first; compared to the stove, it cooked quickly. Then I cooked the pasta in an unwashed bowl and put in the cooked stew. Can't compare to store bought.

I can praise this multicooker for a very long time. She really deserves attention. For those who are hesitating whether to buy it or not, I can say an unequivocal YES!

My husband used to use a multicooker, it infuriated him - the milk would run away, then everything would burn, or something else. He seemed to have given up on the idea of purchasing this gadget. But I somehow persuaded him, in general, this New Year he gave me this miracle. I gave it a little in advance, and I immediately started testing it.

Externally, the multicooker is very beautiful, laconic, and has a handle for carrying. As my husband jokes, “he’ll have something to go to a picnic with.”

Its huge advantage is the remote control, when you go home, turn it on, arrive and dinner is waiting for you. But for this it is necessary that some kind of aphono-android, which cannot be carried around with her, should be lying next to her. Our extra one is broken, so we didn’t try to check it. We only tried delayed start. It automatically includes the cooking time. For example, you go to bed at 12 at night, at 7 in the morning you need to have breakfast. Just set a 7 hour delay. Those. at 6 am the stove will turn on to prepare breakfast. And then (unless you turn it off at night) it will keep the temperature constant in heating mode.

Without heating, the multicooker itself holds the temperature for a very long time, literally the day before yesterday I was preparing a vegetable stew, cooked it for lunch (at 3-4 o’clock), and ran away on business, arrived at 9 pm, the food was still hot. I was very pleased!

It also has an auto memory function i.e. She is preparing something, suddenly the lights are turned off. After turning it on, it continues to cook. I also consider it a definite plus!

The multicooker set included: a container for steaming, a deep fryer, a measuring cup (not very convenient, I advise you to buy your own in ml), spoons for rice and for soup.

You have to buy the rest of the “goodies” yourself - these are yogurt cups, tongs for the bowl.

At the top of the bowl there is a steam valve, you can buy your own filters there and insert them. Well, wash it. There is a metal drum inside the lid, I recommend washing it after each use. maximum once every 2-3 preparations, since it absorbs odors very strongly and then it will be difficult to get rid of them. Well, you see, who enjoys eating a cupcake that smells like fish?

This multicooker has 48 programs and has a “master chef” function that allows you to adjust the cooking time. But in order to get better, I still advise you to be guided by the cooking parameters from the recipe. Then you can gradually test. To do this, in the application (for Android OS), each recipe has a special notepad that allows you to make notes. For example, you cooked porridge in 40 minutes, instead of 35 in the recipe, and you liked it. You write it down, then the program and the multicooker themselves will adapt to your desires.

There are 120 of them in the recipe book + almighty Google (I still advise you to look for recipes for Redmond). Cooks very quickly. The first thing we cooked was rice porridge, it turned out delicious! Much tastier and richer than on the stove. On New Year's Eve we cooked meat in French - threw in the meat and other ingredients, set it to fry for 15 minutes, and that's it - right after the chimes you can eat something hot without running to the stove/table. And this multicooker really saves time.

The bowl has a small drawback, although it may be a drawback of my crooked hands - sometimes white spots appear after washing. Which can be easily washed with a napkin.

Yes, we made a sponge cake - it rises to about half the size of the bowl))

Regarding the remote control, I don’t use it, since I have iOS 7. I’m lazy on the bed and from here I can turn it on and off when my husband is at home with his Android. There is a small lag here - sometimes the phone does not see the multicooker, well, our walls are still solidly Soviet)

I thought for a long time about what else to write a review about (well, the world cannot exist without my opinion)))). Thoughtfully, I went into the kitchen to put porridge for the child in the morning and “Eureka!” A slow cooker, of course! Any self-respecting housewife should praise her main assistant in the modern world! To be honest, I have enough of these helpers for a whole pioneer detachment, so I’ll start with my constant and most faithful helper - the multicooker!

Now I have a Redmond M800S in black. For some reason there are no reviews of it here, so the “value” of my personal opinion increases greatly)))))).

I'll start with the background. I prefer to buy equipment after first studying all the hardware on the Internet, touching it in a store and, preferably, looking at it from one of my friends (yes, I’m one of those women who starts an evening conversation with her husband with the phrase “but Sweeetkiiii...").

In general, when my hard worker from Philips prepared me sour milk for breakfast and a message about a temperature sensor error (I’ll have to write about it later, to honor the memory))), I started to take a closer look. And the first thing that caught my eye was a multicooker from a friend who was happy with her Redmond M170. Mom also has Redmond, but simpler - M20. In general, this was enough for me to decide on a brand. There were no clear reviews on the Internet, so it was decided to go to the store and get our bearings there.

The nice boy consultant said that “there are no such people.” But there is one “with mother-of-pearl buttons.” And he showed the M800, which is almost identical to the M170, but there is one BUT! It's super-duper fashionable because it has a built-in remote control system! Perhaps if I had gone to the store alone, I would not have been tempted. But I need financial support, so I went with my husband, who is greedy for all sorts of technological things. Naturally, we went with the 800, even though it was more expensive (although we were given gift coupons for a discount for almost the entire difference in the amount, so we calmly purred “smart home, smart home”))).

I figured it out fairly quickly. I think that if you have had at least one cartoon in your life, then you will understand, they are all the same type. The display shows all standard programs: rice/cereals, soup, milk porridge, pilaf, frying, stewing, pasta, baking, steam. There are also programs that were new to me: cooking legumes, simmering and yogurt (to be honest, I haven’t gotten around to figuring them out yet). The top cover also gets hot. The valve is large, can be disassembled and washed out easily. I really liked the lock button! This is just a godsend for a family with children of “cognitive age”.

The bowl is heavy with a ceramic coating, I always liked it better (safety and all that), and it’s more pleasant to cook in them - it doesn’t “walk” back and forth when stirring, but sits tightly in place under its own weight. Spatulas, cup, frying mesh and steamer insert are included in the kit, everything is standard. True, the liner moves apart and becomes deeper (to my shame, it took me a while to understand how it moves apart))).

We immediately tried it on milk porridge (barley) according to the standard scheme: 1 porridge: 1 water: 1.5 milk + greased the bowl with oil and put a cup for a double boiler (I always put it on as a safety net). I put it on overnight so that I could have the porridge for breakfast. It’s not very convenient that the timer needs to be set not to Moscow time, but manually. Those. you need to calculate how many hours you need the dish and display it that way. The porridge turned out great. A! Another thing that came in handy here! You can turn off auto-heating! This is a nice thing! because We wake up not by the alarm clock, but by the child. But he wakes up unstably and can get up earlier or later. And because of this, the porridge in the Auto Heat mode could burn, even if it was cooked correctly and well. Now this problem is gone.

I keep going around the “languishing” mode. The book contains a recipe for making baked milk with it. But for some reason I’m still afraid. If anyone has tried it, please tell me the details. Maybe you can cook condensed milk on it?

I was very pleased with the “MasterChef” option. Previously, I did not have such an option and often had to cook “blindly”. This is especially acute when it comes to cooking meat. The point is that you select a standard program, and then begin to twist and turn the temperature and cooking time as convenient for you. Moreover, on the device itself, the temperature is regulated in steps of 5 degrees, and if through the application, then you can set it with an accuracy of 1 degree (although I couldn’t find modes with temperatures above 170, apparently this is the maximum temperature). So now I use some programs just to get started, then I start twisting them as I want. So I tried stewing vegetables, meat in sour cream, fish with vegetables. Standard Steam, cooking cereals, pilaf, I use it, it turns on itself. So far the flight is normal.

A few words about the application. What's the salt? This multicooker can be controlled via a mobile application that is installed on a smartphone (the application is free and available in any market on both Android and iOS). Those. you can select a program and start cooking from a distance (in the bluetooth range or anywhere, if you buy a special attachment). I already told you about my super-duper phone. And installing an additional application, which also works via Bluetooth, did not make him happy at all. I had to install it on my husband. So keep in mind that for full operation you need Android at least 4.3 and not the oldest bluetooth (rather, even the newest bluetooth). We didn’t buy a console, so for now we only play within the apartment. And I’m jealous of my husband’s multicooker, which sends him messages!))))))). I like that the app has recipes. I don’t like the fact that you can’t save your programs into memory (I don’t think this is a complicated function, it could have been thought of). And it’s not very nice that the recipes are not updated, although I think it’s a matter of time, and the developers will soon make an addition. Of course, I haven’t prepared all the hundred yet, but I’ve already looked through them all and want updates!

I don’t know about the set-top box yet, there’s a crisis in the country... we’re waiting for a discount... maybe we’ll buy it (well then, along with a kettle, scales and something else in the range with remote control)))). We will equip our “smart home”.

Conclusion: the multicooker is an excellent multicooker. There are programs that require attention and detailed study. There is an opportunity to create in the kitchen, moving away from standard programs thanks to Masterchef. The application works properly (if I had a set-top box, I probably could write in more detail, but for now I can only write about the application itself), recipes are loaded, everything works (within Bluetooth accessibility, the signal is received perfectly even through walls). I am pleased. My husband too (it’s delicious for him and he has something to brag about to his friends). What else do you need?
