How to disassemble a juicer
I did not describe the structure and operating principle of the juicer, since everything will become clear when viewing the photographs.
Disassembling a juicer, regardless of manufacturer or type, begins with removing the bottom cover. To do this you need to unscrew several screws.
Some of them were in plain sight, while the rest were hidden under the legs. In order to get to the screws I had to remove the legs.
The screws were located at a great depth, and a Phillips screwdriver with a long shaft was needed. The screwdriver shaft with replacement bits was not included.
After unscrewing the screws, the bottom separated from the juicer body with a little effort and all elements and the electric motor became available for repair.
An external inspection showed that the build quality was at the proper level, all parts were without visible defects, the engine rotor manifold was in good condition, and there was no wear on the lower engine bearing.
A self-resetting thermal fuse was installed on the electric motor with an operating temperature of 105°C, which guaranteed its protection from overheating if the permissible operating time was exceeded.
The electric motor is attached to the juicer body with three screws, but to remove it, you first need to remove the coupling on which the grater-sieve is installed.
The couplings on the electric motor shaft in juicers are threaded or pressed on. How the coupling was secured in this case was unknown and had to be determined experimentally.
All attempts to remove the coupling from the shaft by pressing levers on it were unsuccessful. The assumption was that the coupling was attached to the shaft using a thread. When trying to remove the coupling, it was noticed that the rotor shaft had moved upward relative to the bearings. That is, the coil on the shaft has moved down a little.
Typically, the shafts of electric motors of household electrical appliances, onto which the working tool is screwed, have splines, for example, like in a coffee grinder. By the way, the bearing was also faulty there. But in this case there was no slot. Therefore, I decided to cut it with a mini-drill with an attachment in the form of an emery disk.
But the slot didn't help. When trying to unscrew the coupling, the blade of the screwdriver was pulled out. Remembering that the winding on the shaft was moving, he placed a plywood plate on the coupling and hit it with a hammer several times while hanging. The shaft moved out of the lower bearing a few millimeters, which was enough to clamp it in a vice.
To avoid damaging the surface, a cloth was placed on the coupling and, using a pipe wrench, rotated clockwise

The coupling was removed without any damage to the outside; only marks left on the plastic from the tool when trying to remove it. There was a concern that the plastic would crack or break off the brass bushing.
When repairing the juicer, removing the bushing turned out to be the most difficult task. But it was successfully resolved. The top cover was held together by screws from the bottom and was easily removed.
The upper bearing was badly worn from the inside, the gap was more than 3 mm. It was amazing how the juicer could work with such wear on the bearing. The wife squeezed the juice and did not complain about the operation of the juicer until the sieve-grater began to catch the top lid.
Unlike the bearing, there were no signs of wear on the electric motor shaft. To select the axial clearance, two wear-resistant washers were installed on it, and a spring washer between them.
