Placement and installation
The refrigerator operating manual recommends installing the equipment in a room with an area of at least 5 m². The room must be equipped with ventilation; it is not allowed to install refrigeration equipment in rooms with a temperature outside the range of 18-22°C. Do not expose the housing to direct sunlight, or place the refrigerator near central heating radiators. An air gap of at least 50 mm wide must be maintained between the housing and the walls.
After installing the equipment in the planned location, you need to remove the shipping film, and then wash the outer part of the case and camera with a soapy solution. If the kit includes parts for self-assembly, you should install the elements in accordance with the attached instructions for use. Preparing for work
Some refrigerators use glass shelves equipped with plastic transport elements. The shelves are distributed along guide grooves inside the refrigerator compartment. If the equipment was delivered to the installation site in winter, then the product is kept at room temperature for 4 hours.

The front doors of the equipment are installed on right hinges; the design allows the doors to be hung on the left side of the housing.
First start
Before connecting the equipment to the electrical network, you should set the temperature parameters. The refrigerator is controlled by an electromechanical rotary regulator with a temperature scale. Models of the No Frost series use an electronic corrector with buttons and signal indicators; on some models there is a liquid crystal display that displays the temperature and displays error codes. Modifications with two compressors are equipped with separate temperature indications for the chambers.
By default, the temperature controls are set to the middle position; if the user does not intend to load the chamber with products, then the setting should not be changed. It takes up to 20-24 hours for the equipment to cool down to operating temperature upon first start-up. After connecting the refrigeration unit to the network, the compressor is activated, which begins to pump refrigerant through the refrigeration circuit. If the user disconnects the plug, reconnection to the electrical circuit is allowed after 5-7 minutes.
New wave series with electronic control
This series of refrigeration equipment is equipped with the most modern electronics, including separate temperature control and various operation indicators. When the refrigerator is connected to the network, the operating parameters of the freezer and refrigerator compartments are displayed on the control panel. The electronic unit is also equipped with an alarm system that notifies about prolonged (over 1 minute) door opening, a system for shutting down the refrigerator in case of an excessive voltage drop (below 170) and increase (over 260 volts).

How to adjust the temperature in the refrigerator

The freezer compartment is cooled to -18°C, while in the refrigerator compartment the air temperature is within 1-4°C.
Dual compressor models
To adjust the parameters in two-compressor models, separate regulators are used for the freezer and refrigerator compartment. Factory documentation recommends setting the temperature by turning the adjusters to position 3, 4 or 5. For accelerated cooling, it is possible to set the regulator to position 6 or 7.
On modernized models, an electronic push-button regulator with an indicator panel is used, which allows you to set the temperature in the Atlant refrigerator in steps of 1°C. The equipment is equipped with an alarm buzzer, which reduces the likelihood of leaving the cell door open. According to the factory instructions, the temperature in the freezer should be -18°C (set by buttons on the left side of the control unit). How to turn off the freezer
It is possible to completely turn off the freezer when the refrigerator mode is active only in two-compressor models. To do this, turn the temperature regulator counterclockwise until it clicks.
How to defrost
Defrosting should be done twice a year. The procedure may be required more often if ice or snow 3-5 mm thick appears on the walls of the refrigerator.
To do this, perform several actions:
- Disconnect the device from the network.
- All products are removed from the chambers.
- Leave the doors open until the snow thaws. Do not use a knife or any other sharp object to clear ice from the chambers. Such actions can damage parts of household appliances.
